When I first posted my General Bleck vector, a deviant named Maggie-X-Awesomeness said she wanted to see many more Count Bleck ponies, and I agreed. I had actually planned to edit my vector to be the original Count Bleck early on, but never got to it. after a lot of OC creations and more vectoring practice, this was actually quite easy to make, and I am happy with how it turned out.
Oh, and HAPPY CANADA DAY!
